All orders are shipped FOB from our New York Warehouse. Freight charges are based on package weight and destination. Over sized and dimensional sized boxes are subject to additional charges. Shipping charges are billed at actual. |
| Returns
Requests for returns must be made to our Customer Service Department within 10 business days of receipt of your order. We will only accept merchandise in its original packaging and condition.
Please Note: Freight charges for all authorized returns will be the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee will also be assessed.
If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition, or if you've received less than the number of packages stated on the delivery log, inform the driver to make note of such damage or shortage on the delivery log, or you may lose the right to make claim with the delivery company. Claims for shortages in packing must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
